Rachel Nigem, Head Instructress, Juniors and Seniors
Rachel started Physie at the age of 6 and has been a member of Collaroy Plateau Physical Culture Club for 25 years. Under the guidance of Janice Lees, Barbara Sullivan, Helen Hines and Alice Hanna during this time, has seen her 9 visits to the State Grand Final at Sydney's Town Hall. Of these she has managed to achieve 2 State Champion wins at the age of 9 and also in the Second Year Intermediate Senior section. Rachel started teaching the Junior ages at Collaroy Plateau in 2017, and more recently in 2025, has taken the reigns as Head Instructress, leading the club alongside her best friend, Chrissy. |

Chrissy Bishop-Perrett, Ladies Instructress
Chrissy has been a physie girl since the age of 5 and joined Collaroy Plateau in 2008 as a 12 year old. Under the guidance of the wonderful teachers, past and present, she has been fortunate to make appearances at a number of State Grand Finals over the years and continues to be an active member of the Seniors class. Chrissy is thankful for the true community feel of the Collaroy Plateau Physie Club and all of the friendships made along the way. |
